Specialized Support for High-Barrier Transitions

Lewis County Stabilization Project (LCSP) provides structured, non-clinical stabilization support for individuals experiencing severe life disruption, including those facing complex barriers to housing and community reintegration.

Some individuals in recovery and reentry face significantly greater challenges due to supervision requirements, limited housing eligibility, safety restrictions, or long-standing system involvement. These barriers often make stable placement and successful transition far more difficult.

LCSP exists to support those who are too often considered “hard to place” or underserved by traditional pathways.
